Crispy Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potatoes are a great source of energy and a super-food for any growing child. Follow this recipe and you can get crunch yummy fries in a jiffy!
WHAT YOU NEED
Sweet potatoes Cornstarch Seasonings, salt pepper and others of your choice Oil
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Cut the fries to evenly-sized matchsticks, about 1/4-inch wide.
Soak the fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Then rinse, drain and pat dry. Transfer fries to a dry bowl and toss evenly with oil. Then toss the fries with your cornstarch/seasoning mixture.
Spread out the fries in an even layer on a parchmentcovered baking sheet. Bake until crispy, for about 15 to 20 minutes. Being sure to remove the tray and flip the fries halfway through. Remove the baking tray from the oven, and toss the fries onto a plate; season the fries generously with salt, and let it cool for 3-5 more minutes.
