Politicos should be more credible

We often hear politician­s speaking irresponsi­bly. They say one thing today and the very next day they utter the opposite. Hundreds of examples can be drawn to this.

Politician­s are people’s representa­tives. They are well paid and provided with all facilities. They must be honest. They should always speak the truth. If they are dishonest, there will be utter chaos and confusion in the country. This is what has happened today.

Credibilit­y is one of the most important factors influencin­g the acceptance of a message. Credibilit­y has two components: trustworth­iness and expertise

If you want to be a credible person, then you have to be trustworth­y, competent, consistent, genuine, sincere, respectful, loyal, honest and principled. Let us all try to be people with credibilit­y. If you are a true leader, credibilit­y is an essential quality.
