Two special trains between Colombo-badulla

Two Special Trains would be operating between Colombo and Badulla following the start of the school vacation, the Railways Department said.

The Deputy Commercial Superintendent of Railways N.J. Indipola said the train service would be operating at the entire month of December and six days in January.

The special train No -1 will depart from Colombo Fort at 7.30 am and arrive at Badulla at 5 pm.

The train will be operating on December 07, 09, 11,13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27 29 and January 01, 03, 05.

The special train No -2 will depart from Badulla at 9.30 am and arrive at Colombo Fort at 7.20 pm.

This train will be operating in December 08, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30 and in January 02, 04, 06.
