Defending champions Kandy Sports Club continued their winning run when they beat CR and FC 41-30 in a high profile Dialog Inter-club League Rugby Tournament fixture worked off at the Nittawela Stadium in Kandy. Meanwhile, Havelock SC came from behind with a splendid performance to beat Police SC 31-26 in a thrilling encounter played at the Police Park.

In addition, Army SC staged a superb second half rally to beat the CH and FC 24-18 in another exciting encounter played at the Police Park. In another fixture, Navy SC had the better of Air Force SC 43-25 at Ratmalana.
