FRENCH ONION SOUP

INGREDIENT­S

● 500gms mutton

● 1 pt chicken stock

● 6 B onions cut in rings, butter ● seasoning

● 2 tsps cornflour

● grated cheese.

METHOD

1. Chop meat and boil in stock. Heat butter, fry onions till golden.

2. Add with seasoning and cornflour to thicken soup.

3. Serve with grated cheese on top.
