NEW COACH SERVICE TO THE CALM, PASSIKUDAH

The Calm Resort and Spa in Passikudah, the truly captivatin­g, 70-roomed beachfront property of Browns Hotels and Resorts has launched a special seasonal offer with coach service for holiday makers to reach the resort comfortabl­y at a nominal fee.

This new package is now on offer during the season till December 31st for travellers to visit The Clam, Passikudah . The cosy, 33 seater coaches leave Colombo every Friday morning by 8.00hrs and will leave The Calm Resort in Passikudah every Sunday by 15.00hrs.

'If guests prefer to take the evening ride, they could travel in the evening coach that leaves Colombo every Friday afternoon by 14.00 hrs and leaves the hotel on Sunday by 15.00 hrs' said Dishan Perera, the head of S/marketing Browns Hotels.

This Special Coach service to Passikudah is priced at Rs. 2,500/pp with minimum two nights' bookings for weekends. Only Rs. 1,250/- will be charged per child. Perfectly positioned in the Eastern coast of Sri Lanka, The Calm, is just a walk away from the breathtaki­ng Passikudah beach, which is renowned for its shallow coastlines and mesmerisin­g blue waters.

The resort is elegantly designed with tastefully appointed rooms and suites with vast open spaces to unwind.
