Education Ministry to continue issuing vouchers

The Education Ministry has decided to continue issuing vouchers to 4.5 million students to purchase school uniforms despite the Cabinet decision by the Mahinda Rajapaksa government a fortnight ago to scrap the voucher system introduced by the yahapalana government.
