Ridma Per­era has been named as a leader in peo­ple man­age­ment prac­tice glob­ally, hav­ing won the Peo­ple’s Award for Man­ager of the Year at the In­vestors in Peo­ple Awards in the UK. This award looks be­yond IIP’S com­mu­nity of ac­cred­ited clients, invit­ing or­gan­i­sa­tions to nom­i­nate a peo­ple man­ager from within their ranks who has demon­strated a con­sis­tently out­stand­ing ap­proach to man­age­ment. A pub­lic vote, this award is an op­por­tu­nity to cel­e­brate the best peo­ple man­ager and share their story so that other man­agers can fol­low suit. The Awards cel­e­brate the best peo­ple man­age­ment prac­tices amongst In­vestors in Peo­ple ac­cred­ited busi­nesses and this year win­ners were an­nounced at a spec­tac­u­lar awards cer­e­mony and din­ner at The Round­house, Cam­den, re­cently. Hosted by co­me­dian Rus­sell Kane with win­ners an­nounced by the voice of Strictly Come Danc­ing, Alan Dedi­coat, this year’s awards were an op­por­tu­nity for or­gan­i­sa­tions from In­vestors in Peo­ple’s in­ter­na­tional com­mu­nity to gather and cel­e­brate the very best in peo­ple man­age­ment glob­ally.
