AVS beat Kalutara District by 29 runs

AVS cricket team from South Africa beat the Kalutara District Combined XI by 29 runs in a limited over match at the Surrey Village. Winning the toss and taking first lease of the wickets, AVS College with a top score of 55 runs by B. Edwin reached a respectable 168 for eight before they closed team inning. The local team in reply was restricted to 139 for 7 in their quota of 20 overs.
