GINNEN UPAN SEETHALA COMES
Anuruddha Jayasinghe’s much-hyped movie ‘Ginnen Upan Seethala’ (The Frozen Fire) will be screened in the CEL circuit from Friday, January 18. Kamal Addaraarachchi, Jagath Manuwarna, Sulochana Weerasinghe, Dilhani Ashokamala, Vishvajith Gunasekara, Priyantha Sirikumara, Sujeewa Priyal Yaddehige, Prasannajith Abeysuriya, Deepani Silva, Jehan Appuhamy, Buddhika Jayarathnn and others play the key roles in the movie produced by Chamathka Peiris. The film based on the late Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna leader Rohana Wijeweera’s life, his comrades and political life until his death will vie for honours at the 2019 Oscars in the Best Picture category. Narada Thotagamuwa has handled the make up, Udeni Subodhi Kumara the art direction, Ravindra Guruge the editing, Dhanushka Gunathilake the cinematography, Nadeeka Guruge the music direction while Ariyawansa Dhammage has written the script.
