PROFESSOR HELEN EDWARDS
Associate Dean, international and Engagement, Faculty of Health, QUT
Professor Helen Edwards is Assistant Dean, International and Engagement, at Queensland University of Technology, Australia, and a member of the Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation. Helen is internationally recognised for her work in ageing, chronic disease and wound management. Her research Areas are: Wound Management. Older People’s Health, Models of Care, Evidenced Based Care
PROFESSOR LOUISE HAFNER
Director of Research Training, Faculty of Health, and Professor, School of Biomedical Sciences, QUT Professor Louise Hafner is an active Higher Degree Research (HDR) supervisor who has supervised 46 students, including 9 currently enrolled. She is a senior member of the Infection and Immunity Program at the Institute of Health and Biomedical Innovation (IHBI) and has led infectious diseases research at QUT for 29 years.

The school is home to civil engineering, civil construction, environmental engineering, construction management. project management, urban and regional planning, property economics and quantity survey and cost engineering. Professor Kajewski’s personal expertise is in the area of project management for construction, infrastructure and resources.
ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR SAIFUL KARIM

Associate Professor Saiful Karim is the Director (International) of the School of Law at the Faculty of Law, Queensland University of Technology (QUT). He has published extensively in the fields of public international law and environmental law. He is a lead author of the IPCC Special Report on the Ocean and Cryosphere in a Changing Climate (SROCC).
DR STEPHEN COX
Director Higher Degree Research Studies, QUT Business School
Dr Stephen Cox oversees the doctoral and research masters programs within the QUT Business School. He has published papers examining the global value chains of the digital video games industry, and the mining industry. His current research focus is technological innovation systems within the biorefining, biofuels and mining industries, analysing the innovation processes necessary for the development and diffusion of system changing technologies.

Deryn Vahl Meyer has over 20 years’ experience working in Australian universities, with a heavy emphasis on international partnership development. Her educational background is in science and education, and she is responsible for developing and maintaining a wide range of Educational and Industryrelated partnerships both nationally and internationally for the Science and Engineering Faculty. These partnerships focus on increasing research linkage as well as identifying opportunities for student education enrichment and staff collaboration.
