Sylvestrians win U-14 hockey title

St. Sylvester’s College emerged champions in the Under-14 Inter-schools Hockey Tournament which was played at Randle Hills Grounds in Kandy.

The Sylvestrians beat Bandaranayake College, Kundasale (9-1), Vision International School, Kandy (11-1) in the group stages.

In the semi-final they beat Kingwood College (2-0) and in the final they beat Dharmaraja College (2-1).
