IUSF protest tear-gassed, convener arrested
Tear-gas and water cannons were used by the police to disperse the protesting Interuniversity Students’ Federation (IUSF) students near the parliament roundabout last evening. Its convener Maheel Dehideniya was also arrested and is to be produced in court today.
