SARATH NAMALGAMA BIDS FAREWELL

Veteran actor and producer Sarath Namalgama passed away last week at the age of 60.His funeral took place at the Kohuwela Cemetery on Saturday amidst a large gathering.

He entered cinema playing a role in Vasantha Obeysekara’s ‘Dorakada Marawa’ in 1998 and later acted in movies like Kalu Sudu Mal, Rosa Petikki and others. Later he acted in tele dramas while producing a few tele creations.
