FITIS workshop on ‘Solutions Selling in Turbulent Times’
The Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS) has organized a workshop on ‘Solutions Selling in Turbulent Times’ on April
3rd from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at Bartleet House, Colombo 02.
The objective of the programme is to educate the principles and concepts of ‘Solutions Selling’ and motivate to achieve the respective targets and especially, it will help not only to enhance top line but also the bottom line as well.
This will be an interactive workshop-tyle programme with ample opportunities for audience participation. The training tools utilized would be power point presentations by trainer, group exercises, mini case studies, role plays (mock selling) and video-based learning. It will cover the principles of B2B selling, the concept of selling solutions, qualities and skills of world class B2B salesperson, value added selling instead of selling price, developing positive attitudes and thinking to achieve sales targets, selling to CEO’S/ CTO’S/CXO’S(THE required mindset, approach and character), B2B selling techniques, planning and organizing to achieve sales targets, overcome obstacles and eliminate objections and sales funnel management as well.
Prasanna Perera - Management & Marketing Consultant, Certified Trainer & Senior Lecturer will lead the workshop.
