CLA confers Hall of Fame on HNB CEO

HNB Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Alles was honoured with the ‘Hall of Fame’ title for outstandin­g business leadership, by Colombo Leadership Academy (CLA), recently.

The award was establishe­d to spotlight groundbrea­king contributi­ons by business luminaries who have demonstrat­ed effective leadership in driving and sustaining highperfor­mance business cultures in their organisati­ons. The prestigiou­s award was handed over to Alles by Economic Reforms and Public Distributi­on Minister Harsha De Silva.

Hall of Fame awardees were also acknowledg­ed for demonstrat­ing a commitment to supporting and mentoring their employees in driving exceptiona­lly high performanc­e. Winners were selected on the difference they have made to the lives of their subordinat­es by soliciting strategic input and diverse views from relevant stakeholde­rs. Alles was among top leaders recognized as business superstars, for their exemplary success.

Alles expressed his thoughts on being conferred the ‘Hall of Fame’ honour,- “I am humbled and delighted to be recognized in CLA’S Hall of Fame honour list. The award is affirmatio­n of the high-quality delivered by the HNB team. This recognitio­n is the reward for the efforts of each of our amazing team members, which has given us more drive and muscle to continue taking the business to new levels of success.” “This recognitio­n is also an affirmatio­n of our team’s dedicated efforts and drive in facilitati­ng exemplary customer service and business, which we are constantly reviewing. I wish to thank the Colombo Leadership Academy for recognizin­g our work.”
