Two suspects arrested with the possession of 30 knives

Two suspects who had in their possession a stock of 30 knives that could be used for a crime were arrested by the Theldeniya Police during a raid on a house at Kumbukkandura in Diyana. Police said they seized ten butcher knives, and 20 Kriss knives during the raid.

The two suspects were to be produced before the Theldeniya district judge yesterday.
