No-faith motion against Bathiudeen this week - Rathana Thera

The Leader of the Sri Lanka Jathika Maha Sabhawa, Parliamentarian Ven. Athuraliye Rathana Thera said a no-faith motion will be presented this week against the Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen.

Discussions were held with SLFP, UNP and other political parties. He said he would present the no-faith motion.

He explained about the no faith motion at a media meeting held at the Rajagiriya Sadaham Sevena Buddhist Centre with the participation of the organisers of the Jathika Maha Sabhawa.

He also said that they have also requested the president to remove the Governor of Western Province

Azath Salley and Eastern Province Governor M.L.A.M. Hizbullah from their positions and they will make this request to the President in writing on Wednesday(15).
