Britney Spears took some time to herself on Sunday to snag a to-go coffee at a drive through near her home...but that doesn't mean she isn't close with her mom, or even that she isn't celebrating.

Time hitmaker was just seen holding hands with her mother Lynne on their way into the courthouse in Los Angeles on Friday, to a hearing where Spears sought for her mother to be more directly involved in her conservatorship.
Spears drove herself to get a quick cup of joe on Sunday, swapping seats with her bodyguard so she could kick up her feet for the drive back. She wore a baby blue dress with light makeup and her hair appeared to be swept back in a pony tail.
Spears has two sons with her ex-husband Kevin Federline: 13-yearold Sean Preston, and 12-year-old Jayden James. The pop singer's mother is reportedly trying to obtain her daughter's medical files and treatment plan from her conservator dad Jamie, telling TMZ that her daughter is 'not doing well.'
