SUNDAY BRUNCH AT TAJ

Dharshi, Ani and I had lunch at the Taj. We were delighted to see several tourists both from the West and from India and to hear from Onitha that several of their regular guests had reconfirmed their future bookings. They had opened their restaurants in which we saw both Sri Lankans and tourists and they had also had a successful Sunday Brunch on Sunday. This was certainly good to hear and the next step is to work towards getting the travel ban lifted. The staff were enthusiastic and full of hope and praise for the armed forces who are working hard through day and night to clean out this menace of terrorism.
