The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Sesha Fernando, who works for Thalmaha Private Limited, the out-sourced company, responsible for the entire culinary operation of the hotel.
‘Our team of Chefs are versatile in cuisine and have years of experience behind them with star class culinary requirements. Basically we do not have any meal time. Whenever a guest wants a meal at any place according to his/ her wish, the staff is ready to serve. We practise customer satisfaction to the dot', Chef Sesha added.
