Galle’s latest bliss by the Jungle Bay

The culinary team is led by Executive Chef Sesha Fernando, who works for Thalmaha Private Limited, the out-sourced company, responsibl­e for the entire culinary operation of the hotel.

‘Our team of Chefs are versatile in cuisine and have years of experience behind them with star class culinary requiremen­ts. Basically we do not have any meal time. Whenever a guest wants a meal at any place according to his/ her wish, the staff is ready to serve. We practise customer satisfacti­on to the dot', Chef Sesha added.
