Terror suspect arrested in Mabole

Mohammed Rizwan, described by Police as a close associate of terrorists involved in the Easter Sunday attacks, was arrested in the Mabole area in Wattala by the Western Province Intelligence Division officers yesterday. Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekera said the suspect was arrested with several passports and he is being questioned under detention.

Meanwhile, the Police Media Spokesman said due to the peaceful situation prevailing in the country, no Police Curfew was imposed in the country yesterday.
