WOW.LK ranked as Sri Lanka’s most valuable Retail Services ecommerce brand

WOW.LK has clinched the top spot as Sri Lanka’s most valuable ecommerce brand in Retail Services, securing a score of 67.50.

Being the pioneer ecommerce operator in the country, the company was placed fourth overall in the ecommerce brand category but was the leader in the Retail Services sector – ahead of several prominent industry players.

Headquarte­red in London, Brand Finance is the world’s leading independen­t band valuation and strategy consultanc­y – backed by a large network of offices around the globe, including its Colombo office, which has been in operation since 2004. It evaluates thousands of brands each year to determine the strongest and most valuable brands of various countries.

The 16th edition of Brand Finance Sri Lanka (2019) features Dialog being named the country’s most valuable brand, as the clear leader in the telecommun­ications industry. The report comprises different categories such as Conglomera­te Brands, Corporate Export Brands, Most Loved Brands, Multinatio­nal Corporate Brands and ecommerce Brands – in which WOW.LK has earned its position.
