RANJAN PRASANNA’S ‘ISOLATION’ APPLAUDED IN LONDON

Ranjan Prasanna’s debut movie direction ‘Isolation’ (Wisangamanaya) won the second place at the ‘Lift-off Network’ Film Festival held in London recently. The Polish movie ‘Totem’ won the first place under the debut film director’s category. Isolation has been scripted by Upali Gamlath while Thrishula Deepa Thambawita has handled the cinematography and Samantha Perera the music direction. Ashan Dias, Semini Iddamalgoda, Samanalee Fonseka, Douglas Ranasinghe, Hyacinth Wijeratne, Udith Abeyratne, Niroshan Wijesinghe, Chinthaka Kulatunga, Charith Abeysinghe and others play the key roles in the movie produced by Mahesh Wijeratne.
