Coffee Cream

Ingredient­s

● 3 egg yolks ● 40gms sugar ● 1/2 pt milk ● 2 tsps Nescafe ● 1/2 oz gelatin melted in3 tbsps hot water ● 150ml cream whipped.

Method

1. Beat yolks with sugar till pale 2. Put milk and coffee into a pan heat till scalding 3. Don’t boil 4. Remove from heat pour slowly on to yolk mixture heat on low heat till mixture coats spoon 5. Remove from heat, add cream and gelatin 6. Chill till set.
