The parliament Hanzard officer who was recently arrested over his alleged links with the Thowheed Jamath Terrorist Organisation has even criticized and abused the leader of this organization Mohamed Zaharan with his fellow employees in parliament after the Sunday attack, police sources said.

As revealed he has not reported for duty in parliament for a few days after the terrorist attack.

Police said money had flowed in large amounts to the bank account of a foundation maintained by this officer and investigations are now in progress to find out the source of the inflow of money.

It has also been found that he has recently bought a new car and a house in Rajagiriya.

Meanwhile investigations are also being conducted on two of his close relatives working in separate units of the parliament.

He was brought to parliament recently for a special investigation amidst tight security while the computer he used and some documents were also taken into custody, police said.
