Dilshan and Sandani win cycling events

Dilshan Marapperuma of Western Province and Sandani Nipunika of North Western Province won the Men’s and Women’s title respectively at the 45th National Sports Festival (NSF) Standard Cycling event worked off in Anuradhapura yesterday. Dilshan finished the course of 110.6km with a time of two hours, 55 minutes and 47 seconds while Sandani clocked one hour 35 minutes and five seconds in completing the course of 47.4km.

Meanwhile, the Men’s and Women’s Race Walking events will be worked off today.
