UNP MPS propose NCM against Dayasiri

A group of UNP MPS has pointed out that there should be a no-faith motion from the government against the General Secretary of SLFP Dayasiri Jayasekara, if a no faith motion is presented against the Minister Rishad Bathiudeen by the Opposition.

This group of MPS has further pointed out that it is clear that Dayasiri Jayasekara has appeared on behalf of arrested persons and even the media also pointed out manner how Dayasiri Jayasekara behaved.

An MP of the Opposition telephoned him and requested him to support the Mahinda Rajapaksa government and that they are ready to give money.

Minister Rishad said he is having an audio tape about the conversation. Minister Mangala Samaraweera requested him to issue the audio tape, but he has refused to do so as it is against ethics.
