Expolanka Airline Division rebrands as part of expansion plans

-

Having arrived at its milestone 25-year mark, Expolanka Airline Division has announced that it will embark upon the new era by rebranding itself as EAM (Expo Airline Management).

The fresh new name and logo represents the company’s plans to aggressively expand on its client base, further reaffirming the brand’s commitment to its stakeholders in delivering excellence and a greater portfolio of service offerings.

The decision falls in line with the company’s vision to grow globally. Recognising the challenges in maintaining its leadership position in a constantly evolving industry, EAM has chosen to tackle these challenges head on with a strategic remodelling of the brand, while holding true to its promise of providing its aviation partners with bespoke, neutral, and cost-efficient services.

Ever since Expolanka Group ventured into GSSA management in 1994, EAM has evolved into one of the leading GSSA partners, representing some of the most renowned names in world aviation in the region. With over 17 international airline representations, in over 9 countries across the Indian subcontinent, the Far East, Middle East, and Africa, EAM has only just set the stage for the incredible growth opportunity ahead.

This change is expected to spearhead the company’s transition towards a multi-faceted GSSA Management model that will facilitate the increasingly complex needs of the global aviation business. By breaking into new frontiers and through the forming of new partnerships, the aim is for EAM to earn its rightful place as a dynamic regional player, establishing its own footprint in the process.

“We are thrilled to introduce EAM as the next evolution of our brand,” said Kanishka Wijesinghe, CEO of EAM. “We are incredibly proud of all that we have achieved in the past 25 years, and this remodelling comes at a time where we can utilise both our heritage and experience to fuel our progress in the years to come. The new branding continues the momentum our company is currently experiencing and positions us very well for the future.”

EAM’S areas of expertise include comprehensive solutions for General Sales and Services Agent (GSSA), Passenger Sales Agent (PSA), and Cargo Sales Agent (CSA) Management, end-to-end services for total cargo management, and is additionally an innovative R&D facilitator. Endorsed already with a respected industry standing and a reputation for excellence and reliability, the company is now perfectly positioned to establish the representation of airlines in new locations and expand as a global brand.
