KERALA PRAWNS
INGREDIENTS
2 red chillies chopped 2 red onions chopped
1 in piece ginger chopped 1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds 14 karapincha leaves 1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp peppercorns
1 3/4 pt coconut milk 250 gms prawns cooked seasoning lime juice coriander leaves.
METHOD
1. Blend chillies, onion and ginger with 3 tbsps water in blender till smooth paste.
2. Heat oil, add mustard, karapincha, fenugreek seeds till they crackle. 3. Add onion paste and some water.
4. Add turmeric, peppercorns, coconut milk, Boil then add prawns. 5. Then add lime and coriander leaves.
