INGREDIENT­S

2 red chillies chopped 2 red onions chopped

1 in piece ginger chopped 1 tbsp oil

1 tsp mustard seeds 14 karapincha leaves 1/4 tsp turmeric

1 tsp fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp peppercorn­s

1 3/4 pt coconut milk 250 gms prawns cooked seasoning lime juice coriander leaves.

METHOD

1. Blend chillies, onion and ginger with 3 tbsps water in blender till smooth paste.

2. Heat oil, add mustard, karapincha, fenugreek seeds till they crackle. 3. Add onion paste and some water.

4. Add turmeric, peppercorn­s, coconut milk, Boil then add prawns. 5. Then add lime and coriander leaves.
