CH17 adds insurance as a key element to loyalty programme
CH17 Loyalty entered into a strategic partnership with one of the leading insurance advisors to recommend from within its portfolio of service providers, insurance solutions that would benefit the on-going multi-facility loyalty programme of the company.
Lak Insurance has been tasked with the responsibility of developing attractive, purposeful and easy to subscribe schemes for different grades of employees based on their income and affordability.
A memorandum of understanding between CH17 and Lak Insurance was signed on May 31, 2019, in Colombo.
“We have come out of the traditional method of introducing an insurance product. We added several benefits as add-ons. Lifestylebased products and services will be part of the deal,” CH17 Loyalty CEO Jumar Preena pointed out.
Health and life insurance have become a necessity in today’s life as never before. We need to adopt different techniques that will attract the consumers, Preena emphasised.
At CH17 Loyalty, we got the clients and the customers in the same platform and we encourage them to understand each other’s needs, he added.
