CAN YOGA MAKE MUSCULAR PAIN WORSE?

A new study has revealed that yoga actually makes pain from existing injuries worse for 21% of the participan­ts. Pain lasted for over three months in over 1/3 of those who suffered pain. Most of the yoga pain existed in the top half of the body; shoulders, elbows, wrists and hands.
