CAN YOGA MAKE MUS­CU­LAR PAIN WORSE?

A new study has re­vealed that yoga ac­tu­ally makes pain from ex­ist­ing in­juries worse for 21% of the par­tic­i­pants. Pain lasted for over three months in over 1/3 of those who suf­fered pain. Most of the yoga pain ex­isted in the top half of the body; shoul­ders, el­bows, wrists and hands.
