Man taken into custody for possessing gun

A man who was keeping a musket gun in his house in Uraniya area was taken into custody by Ridimaliyadda Police on Saturday. The police on a tip-off raided the 76-year-old man’s house and found the gun. Ridimaliyadda Police suspect the weapon had been used by its owner for hunting purposes.
