HONEY CHICKEN

Ingredients

● 6 chicken thighs

● 2 B. onions sliced

● 4 boiled potatoes

● 100gms butter

● 4 cloves garlic crushed

● 1/2 cup tomato sauce

● 1/2 cup soya sauce

● 1/3rd cup honey

● seasoning

● 1 tsp chillie powder

Method

Saute garlic in butter, then add onions andcook till golden brown, add chicken thighs, cook till browned on both sides. Pour in sauces, honey, add chillie powder and seasonings and bake in oven till chicken is tender.
