A well-known philanderer, this bigwig has made it a practice to summon fair and lovely ones to his office solely for the purpose of gratifying his amorous propensities, they say.

The topic of appointing a person known to be closely associated with an opposition political party as the receptionist of the high authority had been brought up for discussion at a meeting of the party’s local body members of the province held recently.
