HNB Finance amongst top 25 ‘Great Places to Work’ in Asia
HNB Finance has cemented its position as a leading employer when it was selected as one of the top 25 Great Places to Work in Sri Lanka and Asia in the large category recently through an independent study conducted by Great Place to Work Institute.
The only Sri Lankan financial institution to be featured in the coveted top 25 great places to work in Asia in the large category, HNB Finance has actively worked towards enforcing its work culture, covering a spectrum of areas such as recruitment, ensuring nondiscrimination and solidifying a merit-based culture.
