HNB Finance amongst top 25 ‘Great Places to Work’ in Asia

HNB Finance has cemented its position as a leading employer when it was selected as one of the top 25 Great Places to Work in Sri Lanka and Asia in the large category recently through an independen­t study conducted by Great Place to Work Institute.

The only Sri Lankan financial institutio­n to be featured in the coveted top 25 great places to work in Asia in the large category, HNB Finance has actively worked towards enforcing its work culture, covering a spectrum of areas such as recruitmen­t, ensuring nondiscrim­ination and solidifyin­g a merit-based culture.
