Construction on Circuit Bungalow stopped; no funds

Construction works of the proposed Circuit Bungalow of the Department of Irrigation has been stalled for about two years.

The Department that demolished the old bungalow initiated the project with much pomp and heraldry only to be stalled in a short time.

However, Moneragala Irrigation Engineer Ajantha Jayatissa said the project ground to a halt for want of funds.
