SL to play VB friendlies in Maldives

The Maldives Volleyball Association has invited the Sri Lanka Men’s Volleyball team to play three friendly games.

The Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation has accepted the invitation and a 14 member team will be sent said A.S. Nalaka, Secretary, Sri Lanka Volleyball Federation.

The friendly matches will be on August 12, 13 and 14 in the Maldives Islands.

The Maldives has extended this invitation in preparation for the South Asian Games (SAG) Volleyball Tournament. The SAG is scheduled to take place from December 1 to 10 in Kathmandu, Nepal. - SP
