Young Spikes 2019 Digital category winning duo from Dentsu Grant sets off to Spikes Asia 2019

Young talents from Dentsu Grant Group took the spotlight as overall winners of the Digital category at the recently concluded Young Spikes 2019, the local competitio­n hosted by the Sri Lankan Chapter of the Associatio­n of Accredited Advertisin­g Agencies (4As), to assess ideas and skills of young talent among Sri Lanka’s advertisin­g and PR industry sphere.

Overall Dentsu Grant Group performed competentl­y across the Digital category while both Ishara Fernando and Indika Jayathilak­e were awarded as the overall winners in the Digital category.

Currently this winning duo is representi­ng the country, at the Spikes Asia 2019 in Singapore scheduled from September 25 to 27, 2019, which will provide the opportunit­y to compete against like-minded Asian counterpar­ts at the regional creativity festival Spikes Asia in Singapore.

During their stay in Singapore, both Ishara and Indika took the time to meet with Ted Lim, the Chief Creative Officer for Dentsu Aegis Network - Asia Pacific and spend some extended time at the Dentsu network office in Singapore.

Also, newly added to the group are the recently acquired local brands Milestone Brandcom, Watconsult, Fountainhe­ad MKTG, the Perfect Relations Group, Happy mcgarrybow­en, Fractal Design Studio, SVG Columbus and Merkle Sokrati and Dentsu Grant Group Sri Lanka and Maldives.
