KK Collection hosts 9-course Exclusive Dinner

The KK Collection launched their one-night only Exclusive Chef’s Table 9-course culinary experience with Chef Loïc Le Roux on September 28 2019 at
Kahanda Kanda, Galle. The 9-course dinner welcomed 15 VIP guests to dine at the flagship award winning luxury boutique hotel, Kahanda
Kanda, whilst experiencing a world-class culinary journey of French/ Asian (Vietnamese, Cambodian and Sri Lankan) fusion cuisine. Each course was paired with nine selected beverages from South Africa, Australia, Argentina, Italy, New Zealand and Spain.
In preparation of this upscale event, Chef Loïc Le Roux has continued to work closely with KK Collection’s local chefs in order to develop and perfect their culinary skills. With particular ingredients, herbs and vegetables grown at the
KK Collection garden, diners received the best of Sri Lanka’s local produce, including fish from Galle and produce from other fresh-source vendors.
Chef Loïc Le Roux’s
experience developing his culinary skills whilst working in high-end restaurants in Cambodia, Thailand, UK and France over the years has led him to truly understand the subtle flavours and intricacies of Asian cuisine, allowing him to make timeless culinary fusion dishes that both surprise the palate and keeps the diner guessing with the burst of Asian spices and herbs.
