Havelock City concludes ‘topping out ceremony’ of Phase 4

Havelock City, the premier residentia­l developmen­t in Sri Lanka ceremoniou­sly concluded the ‘topping out ceremony’ of Phase 4, which marked the completion of the structure up to the roof slab.
