Ceylinco Life wins Gold at National Business Excellence Awards 2019
Ceylinco Life’s success in aligning with its vision of protecting every Sri Lankan family with life insurance was reaffirmed when the country’s life insurance leader won Gold for ‘Excellence in Local Market Reach’ at the National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA) 2019, presented by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka.
Ceylinco Life was also presented the Silver for Business Excellence in the Insurance category at the 16th edition of these awards, at the Hilton Colombo on December 13, 2019.

The assessment for the National Business Excellence Awards encompasses aspects such as Excellence in Leadership; Excellence in Corporate Governance; Excellence in Capacity Building; Excellence in Performance Management; Excellence in Local and Global Market Reach; Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability and Excellence in Business and Financial Results.
The judging process comprises of a preliminary evaluation of submissions by a technical panel, interviews of shortlisted candidates and a final review of all preliminary evaluation reports and the outcome of the interviews.
