Browns Hospitals honoured at National Business Excellence Awards 2019

Browns Hospitals was recognised for the second consecutiv­e year for its exceptiona­l commitment in healthcare sector at the recently concluded National Business Excellence Awards 2019.

Accordingl­y, Browns Hospitals emerged Runners-up under the Healthcare Related Service Sector category as well as second Runners-up under the Medium category at the 16th Edition of National Business Excellence Awards, hosted by the National Chamber of Commerce.

The awards were accepted by Browns Hospitals Chief Operating Officer Charitha Jayasingha, in the presence of a large gathering of business leaders and diplomatic missions.

High Commission­er for South Africa in Sri Lanka Robina P. Marks graced the occasion as the chief guest.

The National Business Excellence Awards is held annually with the intention of recognisin­g the business enterprise­s that display business excellence.

Commenting on this significan­t achievemen­t, Browns Hospitals Chief Operating Officer Charitha Jayasingha said that the organisati­on firmly believes that its greatest asset is its dedicated staff members.
