Union Assurance regional offices get new outlook

UA recently relocated two of its main Regional Offices in Polonnaruw­a and Hingurakgo­da with a refreshing new outlook.

Polonnaruw­a Regional Office was relocated to Hospital Junction and the Hingurakgo­da Regional Office was relocated to Airport Road.

The newly relocated regional offices will help the company to further enhance its services and centrally manage the regional areas to support the company objective of expanding its services across the is island.

Both Polonnaruw­a andhingura­kgoda Regional Offices are convenient­ly situated with ample parking space, open from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The new offices are refurbishe­d and retouched with new interior elements, lightning systems which could provide a soothing, elegant environmen­t for the employees to work.

All the internal office spaces are structured in a relaxed and productive atmosphere to make it to a standard positive working environmen­t.

Service areas for customers, a training center for staff, and many other customer facilities are available at all times. UA’S branch offices offer a wide array of Life Insurance solutions, for individual­s as well as businesses. The new Regional Office is also fully IT enabled while Personal Financial Advisors (PFA) are equipped with laptops and tabs to service all UA customers quickly and easily even while in the field.

Union Assurance is in the process of providing refreshing outlook for its branch network with the aim of proving better services to the customers. These initiative­s will directly benefit the company’s mission on protecting Sri Lankan communitie­s across the island.
