This threat has affected the whole world and as a filmmaker I feel the effect on global cinema is tragic. Today most people give priority to food, education, health and other matters while entertainment comes right down in the priority list. But it must be remembered that entertainment can soothe mindsets and relieve stress. I wrote three film scripts during this unanticipated break. Everything was in place to release by new film ‘Gindaree 3’ this year, but it has now been put off. This pandemic will have to be brought under control to some extent, to woo filmgoers to cinema halls.
