Contradict­ions in matters regarding the purchase of air tickets to Nepal. There are two rates given by the National Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Sports.

02.

The Boxing Associatio­n of Sri Lanka sending two boxers who were not approved by the National Selection Committee. They did not win medals at the SAG.

03.

Although Triathlon not being a registered associatio­n of the Ministry of Sports, athletes participat­ed in the SAG without the recommenda­tion of the National Selection Committee or the Appeal Committee.

Reports from several parties that the women’s basketball team deliberate­ly lost.

The conduct of swimmers Cherantha de Silva and Olympian Kimiko Rahim on their decision to refrain from participat­ing in the competitio­n for health reasons without a certificat­e from the Sports Medical Institute of the Ministry of Sports.

Why officials of the Weightlift­ing Federation prevented an athlete who was nominated by the Appeal Board of the Ministry from competing at the last minute.

The loss and dishonour brought to the country by the inclusion of additional players who did not compete at the Games by Sri Lanka Badminton.

A formal request has been made for Police to conduct an inquiry into the incident related to the Mountain Bike Downhill event, for which the Sports Ministry is holding a separate inquiry.
