Is the SLT cashstrapped?
I purchased a wireless router for my son from SLT, World Trade Centre branch, end-june. As there was no coverage at my residence, it was returned. I was informed that the refund will take about 2 weeks whereas it took almost 3 months. Even this was possible, because I did complain to TRCSL and simultaneously got my complaint published in the print media. Is the delay due to red tape of the Accounts Division of SLT or is it because SLT is cash-strapped?
Hope SLT will respond after perusal of this letter.
