INDONESIAN FRIED RICE

Ingredient­s

500 gms rice salt to taste

1 tsp turmeric

3 tbsps olive oil

4 chicken breasts diced

350 gms Bonions chopped 4 cloves garlic crushed

2 red chillies crushed grated rind and juice of 1 orange 1 tsp ginger ground

2 tsps ground coriander

6 tbsps soya sauce

350 gms prawns boiled and chopped

6 eggs

Method

Boil rice with salt and turmeric. Heat olive oil and stirfry seasoned chicken. Remove chicken add onion, garlic,chillies and grated orange rind keep stirring add ginger and coriander . Add orange juice,soya sauce and chicken. Heat through add prawns. Arrange in dish place fried eggs on top.
