Yoga on a regular basis
It was interesting to hear a talk by my niece, Shobana Cooke who I love dearly, on Yoga and also to learn some breathing exercises demonstrated by her. For moments of depression, which we all have at times she suggested thinking about one's happiest moments and smiling to ourselves. Like some others who were present, I have started doing some of the exercises and they have helped me. Many of my friends have been helped immensely by doing Yoga on a regular basis, it was nice to hear Shobhi and to learn about her greatest interest apart from her two sons and in reaching out regularly to heal people.
