COVID Survival for Business
Women Empowered Global (WEG), a global forum for female entrepreneurs and leaders will present a special online event under its Global Speaker series called “Business Growth Alliance; COVID Survival for your Business” for Entrepreneurs.
This timely webinar will be held on 8th October 2020 (Thursday) at 6.30p.m SL Time. The upcoming LIVE webinar is open to small and medium scale business owners, as well as independent business consultants and corporate professionals who want to gain global exposure, insights and knowledge and develop skills to navigate their company or business unit in a POST-COVID world. The session will be a 3 hour live interactive online session where certificates will also be issued to participants. This webinar will be conducted by expert Business practitioners and speakers Senela Jayasuriya
(Sri Lanka), Rajesh Tedla (USA) and Gwen Athaide (India) and will cover practical concepts such as how small and micro business owners can survive during an unstable economy, how to gain knowledge on the critical areas they should be watchful about, and how they should successfully plan to scale up their business.

The Global Speaker Series is a LIVE online programme hosted by Women Empowered Global, which is offered free as part of its free range of educational and knowledge building programmes to help engage more women in excelling careers as well as provide women and men more learning opportunities with international top-notch speakers and course instructors. Rajesh Tedla is the former Senior Vice President of GE Capital Solutions - Capital Markets Group, under General Electric the multinational conglomerate. He has worked with businesses in the US and 13 other countries, and brings a global perspective that is essential in today’s marketplace and business world. He is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, and his experience spans leadership and organisational development, executive coaching, marketing, process enhancements, and customer insights. He has worked extensively for the past 29 years as a researcher, a trainer, a skilled and certified coach, consultant and mentor.
Gwen Athaide is a certified behavioural, values, emotional quotient and stress analyst, a coach, trainer and author. Her experience and passion for helping women led her to curate study material for Leadership training for youth to help unlock their subconscious mind to achieve success in their respected fields.
